ISRO offers the position of Scientist/Engineer `SC’ (Group ‘A’ Gazetted Post) in constituent Centres/Units & Group ‘A’ (Non-Gazetted Post) in Autonomous Bodies in Level 10 of Pay Matrix to the young graduates in the disciplines of;-

Age Limit:- 28 to 33 years as on 14.07.2025.
Upper Age relaxation for SC/ST = 33 years, OBC= 31 years

UR/EWS candidates born on or after 15.07.1997
OBC candidates born on or after 15.07.1994
SC/ST candidates born on or after 15.07.1992

Selection Process:

Written Test & Interview:
Written test will be conducted at eleven venues;-
Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, New Delhi & Thiruvananthapuram.
The call letters for written test will be sent only to the registered e-mail ID of candidates
Pattern of the Question Paper for Written Test:
Single objective type paper consisting of two parts, viz. Part ‘A’ and Part ‘B’, with a duration of 120 minutes
Part ‘A’ – Area/Discipline Specific part – Consists of 80 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) of 1 mark each (+1 and -1/3 pattern of marking).
Part ‘B’ – Aptitude/Ability Tests – Consists of maximum 15 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) totaling to 20 marks
(No negative marks).
Questions will be based on Numerical Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, Diagrammatic Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning and Deductive Reasoning.

INTERVIEW:– Based on performance in the written test, candidates will be short-listed for Interview in the ratio of 1:5, with an aggregate minimum of 10 candidates.

Application Fee: There is a non-refundable Application Fee of ₹250/- ( Rupees Two Hundred & Fifty only) for all the posts.
initially all candidates have to uniformly pay;-
₹750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only) per application as processing fee. The processing fee will be refunded only to those candidates who appear in the written test as under;-
₹ 750/- i.e. refund in full for candidates who are exempted from payment of Application Fee (women, SC/ST/ PwBD and Ex-Servicemen).
₹ 500/- i.e. after deducting the Application Fee in respect of all other candidates.
