• Personal  Interview: Only  the shortlistedcandidates  will  be  called  for  Personal Interview.
• Final merit list: Candidates shall be selected-discipline wise on the basis of merit as determinedby the aggregate marks obtainedby giving eighty-fivepercent (85%) weightageto GATE Scoreand fifteenpercent(15%) weightage to the marks obtainedin interview.

  An Application Number will be generatedby the system and displayedon the screen.
  Candidate should note down the Application Number.

GUIDELINES FOR SCANNING &UPLOADOF PHOTOGRAPH, SIGNATURE & DOCUMENTSPHOTOGRAPH IMAGE:

• a.Photograph must be a recent passport size colour picture.
• b.The picture should be in colour, against a light-coloured, preferably  white, background.
• c.Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.
• d.Ifthe picture is takenon a sunny day, have the sun behind you, or place yourself in the shade, sothat you are not squinting and there are no harsh shadows.
• e.Ifyou have to use flash, ensure there’sno “red-eye”.
• f.If you wear glasses make sure that there are no reflections and your eyes can be clearly seen.
• g.Caps,hats & dark glasses are not acceptable.
  Religious headwear is allowedbut it must not cover your face.
• h.Ensure that the size of the scannedimage is not more than 200KB.
• i.Ifthe photo is not uploaded at the place of Photo Candidate him/herself will be responsible for the same.
• j.Candidate must ensure that Photo to be uploaded is of required size and the face should be clearly visible.

SIGNATURE IMAGE:-

• a.The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black Ink pen.
• b.The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.
• c.The Applicant’s signature onattendance sheet at the time of the interview should match the upload signature.Incaseof mismatch,  the  candidate be disqualified.
• d.Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 200KB.
• e.Candidates should ensure that the signatureimage uploaded is clearly visible.
