Posts:_Programme Coordinator;-

• Essential: Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognizeduniversity or equivalent
• Desirable: 3 years experience in youth activities/ rural development/ other social sectors including voluntary work in a reputed organization
• Technical Experience : Proficiency in Computers, report writing /communication skills;-
  Minimum : 25 year (as on 01.01.2018)
  Maximum: 35 years (as on 01.01.2018)
• Organize programmes as per the Annual Action Plan Guidelines and other activities assigned to him/her from time to time by NYKS.
  Responsibility to administer and execute work assigned to him/her by the District Youth Coordinator / State Directors.

SELECTION System of Programme Coordinators in BECIL Jobs 2018 Nehru Yova Kendra Recruitment 2018 – BECIL Jobs – DEGREE Govt Jobs 2018 NYK Jobs 2018

• The recruitment of Programme Coordinators will be conduct in three phases which are as follows:-
• Phase 1. Prelim Screening: CV Evaluation + IQ Test + Rapid Interview / Personality Test (Max 10 mins each)
• Phase 2. Centralised Final Screening:
  1) Comprehensive SRT(Situation Reaction)
  2)Group Discussions
  3) Planning / War-gaming / Brainstorming
  4) Individual  Projects (to test Aptitude / Imaginative & Innovative Ideas / Intellect /Organising Skills).
  5) Final Interview
• Phase 3.:-Training / Mentoring of Finalists

Selection will be held at State wise/Zone  wise  therefore, all the candidates must be from the State concern.

• Selected candidates will be deployed in the State concerned only. However, placement in identified district will be at the sole discretion of   NYKS.
• No person will be deployed at their Home District.
