SELECTION PROCEDURE:-
- Selection will be basedon short listing & subsequent round of Personal Interview &/or Group Discussion &/or any other selection method.
- Bank reserves the right to change (cancel/ modify/ add) any of the criteria, method of selection etc.
- The Bank reserves its right to call candidates in a ratio, at its sole discretion, as per the Banks requirement.
- Adequate candidates as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted based on their qualification, experience & overall suitability for Interview.
- Most suitable candidates will be calledfor the selection process (GD/PI/any other selection method) & merely applying / being eligible for the post does not entitle the candidate to be invited for the selection process.

Criteria for engaging retired bank executives:-
Position: Senior Advisor
- Areas: HR & IR (Key responsibilities will primarily include issues pertaining to Industry level HR & IR & wage negotiations in the Banking Industry)
Eligibility:-
- Those who have retired as GM/CGM of Public Sector Banks / RBI / or equivalent post in Pvt. Sector Banks.
Experience:- Candidate should have at least 5 years’ relevant experience
Minimum experience of 1 year in HR & IR as CGM/GM/DGM
Age:-
- Not exceeding 62 years as on 1st May 2021.
Compensation: –
- ₹1,58,000/- per month (all inclusive) +
- Reimbursement of Conveyance Expenses of ₹15000/- +
- Reimbursement of Telephone Expenses of ₹2,000/- per month
- Engagement will be on contract basis for a period not exceeding 3 years
- IBA will not be providing any accommodation & the selected candidate should make his own arrangement for the same.
