LIC ADO Job Duties:-
- ADO is basically “Sales Supervision Job”
- The ADO appoint LIC Agents, train them and help them to sell Insurance policies
- The selectedCandidates should work in Urban & Rural Areas
LIC ADO Salary:-
- During the Training/apprentice period = Rs34503/-
- Pay Scale = Rs. ₹ 21865-1340(2)-24545-1580(2)-27705-1610(17)-55075
- + Plus all other allowances
- (HRA. CCA. Gratuity. CPS. LTC. Medical. GIS. Insurance. Vehicle Advance. Mobile phone. Etc)
Age Limit for LIC ADO Recruitment 2019:-
- The Age limit is 21 to 30 years
- (Born between 2-5-1989 to 1-5-1998)
- Upper Age relaxation;-
- For SC/ST=35 years
- OBC=33 years
- LIC employees/Agents/Ex-Service/etc as per norms
