Qualifications for Indian Navy:-

• Candidate must have pass (10 class) Matriculation Examination from the Boards of School Education

Job Specifications:-

Chef:-

• They would be require to prepare food as per menu
• (both vegetarian / non-vegetarian including handling of meat products)
• Accounting of ration

Steward;-

• They would be require to serve food in the officer s messes, as waiters, housekeeping, accounting of funds, wine & stores, preparation of menu etc

Hygienist;-

• They will be require to clean toilets & other areas.

In addition, they will be allottedOther duties as per Service requirement.

Age Limit for Indian Navy Jobs 2019 Recruitment 10 pass:-

• Candidates should be born between 01 Oct 1998 to 30 Sep 2002

Indian Navy Salary Pay & Allowances:-

• A stipend of Rs.14,600/- pm during Training
• Level 3 of the Defence Pay Matrix ₹ 21,700 – ₹ 69,100/– + MSP @ ₹ 5200/- pm + DA.

Promotion:-

• Promotion prospects exist up to the rank of Master Chief Petty Officer-I, ie. Level 8 of the Defence Pay Matrix (₹ 47,600 – ₹ 1,51,100) + MSP @ ₹ 5200/-pm + DA

SELECTION of Indian Navy Jobs 2019 Recruitment 10 pass:-

• Selection on State wise merit of their performance in Computer-based Examination
• Physical Fitness Test (PFT) &
• fitness in Medical Examinations.
• Computer-based Examination:-
  The question paper will be computer-based with a total of 50 questions (each 01 mark)
  The question paper will be bilingual (Hindi & English) & objective type (multiple-choice)
  The question paper will comprise of two sections ie.Science & Mathematics & GK standard of class 10th
  Duration=30 minutes
• Physical Fitness Test (PFT);-
  Qualifying in Physical Fitness Test (PFT) is mandatory
  PFT will consist of 1.6 Km run to be complete in 7 minutes, 20 squat ups (Uthak Baithak) & 10 Push-ups.
• PFT will do so at their own risk.

Advisory:-
Proficiency in sports, swimming and extra-curricular activities is desirable.

Medical Standards.
Medical examination will be conductedby authorised-military doctors to sailors on entry.

• Minimum height 157 cms. Weight & Chest should be proportionate.
• Minimum chest expansion of 5 cms.
