1. Senior Manager_ PG in Economics/Commerce OR MBA
2. Manager-P__ Any DEGREE
3. Manager-iT__ BE/BTech in CSc / IT

Age limit for ncfe posts:-

• For Sr Manager = up to 35 years
• Manager-P = up to 32 years
• Manager-IT =  up to 32 years

Qualifications & Experience:-

Senior Manager:-

• Master’s Degree in Finance / Economics / Commerce / Business Administration / Law / PG Diploma in Management / CA/CS/ICWA/CFA

Manager-Programs:-

• Any Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline

Manager-IT:-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science OR related fields

Salary/Remuneration:-

• Senior Manager:  
• JOB;- Responsible for supervising the activities while assisting & reporting to the CEO in the overall operations
• Starting Gross emoluments of Rs. 14 Lakhs per annum

Manager  (Programs):-
JOB:_Coordination with multiple stakeholders for organizing programs; Manage content on various aspects of financial literacy tobe usedin   different programs & website; data analysis & handle day-to-day operations and administrative requirements for smooth conduct of programs & activities
Starting Gross emoluments of Rs 9.25 Lakhs per annum 

• Manager (IT):-
• JOB:- Vendor Management for maintenance of NCFE website, Online  testing platform, Kiosks & Digital displays, etc.; Plan, organize, control & evaluate IT & electronic data operations Design, develop, implement  &   coordinate IT systems, policies & procedures as perrequirement
• Starting Gross emoluments of Rs 9.25Lakhs per annum

• Process of Recruitment ;-
• The process of recruitment will consist of an Online Applicadsfgtion followedby online test (English or Hindi as per the choice of the candidate) + interview.
• The NCFE Board reserves the right to waive the online test requirementif there are very few candidates for any post.
