Salary / Pay:-

• Stenographer-Gr-II = Rs. 2400/- Grade Pay
• Lower Division Clerk = Rs. 1900/- Grade Pay
• MTS- Multi Tasking Staff = Rs. 1800/- Grade Pay

• The age limit is 18 years to 27 years

Eligibility / Qualifications for the posts:-

• Stenographer_Gr-II;-
• Essential qualification;-
  12thclass Certificate from a recognized board.
  Should possess a minimum speed of 80 words per minute in Stenography English/Hindi on the basis of competitive examination to be conducted by theIFB, Hyderabad.
  Certificate Course in Computer applications typing speed 5 key depression for each word
• LDC_Lower Division Clerk:-
• 12th class certificate from recognized board.
  A typing speed of 30 words per minute in English
  OR
  25 words per minute in Hindi on manual typewriter
  OR
  typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on Computer.
• MTS_Multi Tasking Staff:-
• Essential qualification:
  10th standard pass certificate from recognized board/school
  Desirable:- 3 years or more experience in relevant trade

• WRITTEN-EXAMINATION
• A Competitive examination will be conduct in Tying Proficiency / skill test for the post of “Stenographer & LDC
• Candidates shortlistedin 1:5 ratio on the basis of merit in exam.

WRITTEN-EXAMINATION:

• The examination will be conduct for all the posts on the same date or on different dates through OMR.
• The question paper will be in “English”
• It will have a total of
• 200 MCQ – Multiple choice questions for Stenographer,
• 100 MCQ – Multiple choice questions for LDC & MTS – Posts

Stenographer`Gr-II;-

• There will be an “OBJECTIVE TYPE QUESTION PAPER”
• comprising 200 multiple choice questions
• duration of exam = 02 hours

General Awareness = 50 marks
General Intelligence & Reasoning = 50 marks
English Language & Comprehension = 100 marks
TOTAL No. of Marks = 200

• Skill / Proficiency Test for the post of Stenographer Gr.II  on the basis of MERIT in exam (1:5 ratio)

Exam/Selection of LDC.;-

• There will be an “OBJECTIVE TYPE QUESTION PAPER”
• comprising 100 multiple choice questions
• duration of exam = 1-30 hour/minutes

Quantitative Aptitude Basic skills = 25 marks
English Language (Basic) = 25 marks
General Awareness = 25 marks & General Intelligence= 25 marks
TOTAL No. of Marks = 100

• Skill / Proficiency Test for the post of LDC on the basis of MERIT in exam (1:5 ratio)

MTS. Multi Tasking Staff;-

• There will be an “OBJECTIVE TYPE QUESTION PAPER”
• comprising 100 multiple choice questions
• duration of exam = 1-30 hour/minutes

Reasoning Ability = 25 marks
Numerical Aptitude = 25 marks
General English = 25 marks & General Awareness = 25 marks
TOTAL No. of Marks = 100
